🏆 European Design Award for Verwondering!
June 2022Verwondering, Momkai’s eye-opening podcast on design, has won a European Design Award!
This weekend, the European Design Awards ceremony was being held in Tallinn, Estonia. To my amazement our design podcast was a winner, in the category of self-initiated projects.
First and foremost, we want to thank our guests for being the amazing and inspiring people that they are. I've always viewed our work as designing center stages for stories that deserve to be heard; creating spotlights for projects that empower communities.
We're delighted to learn that Verwondering is receiving this international recognition, and are looking forward to sharing even more conversations in English with a wider audience.
We couldn't be more proud of the team 🏆

Listen to our latest episode, with Pentagram's Eddie Opara
The news of this international award comes just one week after the release of our second English-language episode featuring Eddie Opara. A partner at Pentagram, a senior critic at Yale, an Englishman in New York, and a designer that codes. Together, we unpack his father's statement: is design spiritual?
Do you want to help us reach more design fans with this show? Then leave a review on Apple Podcasts. As true design enthusiasts ourselves, this would delight us.
